Total outage alarm

In the event of a total failure of the inverters, generator connection boxes or the entire system, you can decide when VCOM responds with an alarm.
To do this, enter the desired minimum simulated nominal power in percent, above which an alarm should be triggered. Similar to Misproduction alarms the calculation is based either on an inverter comparison, a physical simulation or a machine learning simulation. You can also select a delay time to avoid unnecessary alarms.

When setting the threshold value, also consider system-specific parameters such as the type of inverter used (string inverter, central inverter).
String inverters usually deliver AC power earlier than central inverters.
Weather-related influences (winter, snowfall, etc.) should also be taken into account when setting the threshold value.

In principle, an alarm is always triggered when the current actual value is smaller than the calculated simulation value and at the same time is above the set threshold value. If a delay time has been configured, this will also be included.

You can see the calculated simulation value under Evaluation -> Solar power; it is shown here as "Expected power":

Please note that the value displayed in the solar power graphic depends on the respective setting under System Configuration -> Calculations -> Simulation:
