How to create a support request directly in the VCOM Cloud

Log into the VCOM Cloud with your access data and select Help -> Support request
- Fill out the support form, providing the following information:
- A meaningful subject
- A detailed description of the request
- A screenshot that shows the problem
If you are already in the cockpit (system level) of a corresponding system, it will be preselected automatically.
If you are in the control center (portfolio level), please select the relevant system to which your request relates, using the drop-down field displayed.
