VCOM - Support request

How to create a support request directly in the VCOM Cloud

  1. Log into the VCOM Cloud with your access data and select Help -> Support request



  2. Fill out the support form, providing the following information:
  • A meaningful subject
  • A detailed description of the request
  • A screenshot that shows the problem



If you are already in the cockpit (system level) of a corresponding system, it will be preselected automatically.
If you are in the control center (portfolio level), please select the relevant system to which your request relates, using the drop-down field displayed.
