If the data transfer to the VCOM portal fails or the device is displayed as offline in the VCOM, check the following points:
- The data logger is ready for operation when the top and middle LEDs light up. The bottom LED signals a disrupted internet connection in red.
- The data logger is connected to a router via an Ethernet cable
- The IP configuration is correct, this affects the following parameters:
- IP address
- Subnet mask
- Gateway address
- DNS server
The IP configuration can be checked as follows:
Via the display
Press ok to select a user and log in with a 4-digit number code.
After a successful login, the network configuration is displayed; this can be selected and changed with the left arrow button.
Via the browser
Enter the IP address of the data logger in the browser address line; this is shown on the start page of the display.
Alternatively, the host name of the device can be used, which consists of the last 8 digits of the serial number.
Example:
Serial number: 798 108 4418 0117
hostname: blue-x44180117
Enter address line: http://blue-x44180117/
Now log in with your access data consisting of user and password.
The network settings are in the System -> Ethernet menu
