    • Enter the inverter S/N correctly, e.g. 50.0TLXXXXXXX

    Use the "Data logger overview" portlet to download the data file from the data logger


    Typical causes for missing data in the VCOM

    • Interval column with incorrect data
    • The inverter sends only one file throughout the day
    • Data file is empty
    • Incorrect time stamp in the data file


    • The inverter does not establish a connection to meteocontrol
