How to connect your Solar-Log data logger to the VCOM portal
Note the serial number of the Solar-Log data logger
The serial number of the data logger can be found under -> Diagnosis -> Support -> General:
Register Datalogger in VCOM
- Select at system level -> Settings -> Datalogger overview
- Select Solarlog as the source and select Add.
- Enter a datalogger name as well as the hardware serial number and the measuring interval of the datalogger.
- If there are several data loggers in one system, the measuring intervals of all data loggers must be identical!

Then select Register new data logger

The FTP access data for the Solar-Log datalogger are displayed:
Configuring the Solar-Log Datalogger
- Enter the FTP access data in the Solar-Log datalogger under -> Configuration -> Internet -> Export (note upper and lower case!)
- Leave the FTP Directory field blank
- Set the data format to Solar-Log & CSV.

Perform a test transfer by clicking the START button.
- Check whether the system date and time have been set correctly on the Solar-Log.
