    Required Sungrow API Configuration

    • User name (Your iSolarCloud username)
    • Password (Your iSolarCloud password)
    • Plant ID (Your iSolarCloud PlantID)

    • App key (To be requested via Sungrow)
    • Access key (To be requested via Sungrow)
    The App key and Access key must be requested from Sungrow by sending a request email to: service@sungrow-emea.com indicating the email with which you registered on the iSolarCloud portal (userid) and attaching the completed and signed confidentiality agreement that can be downloaded from here: Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)


    Data logger configuration in VCOM

    Set up a system in the VCOM and select the Sungrow API as the measured system.
