    please perform a  sw update of the sungrow logger

    first, if possible.

    Data logger configuration in VCOM

    • Set up a system in VCOM and select Sungrow as the measured value system
    • Enter the serial number of the data logger and select the data recording interval




    Communication settings data logger

    • The recording interval should be identical in all data loggers in a system to ensure that the graphics are correctly displayed in the VCOM
    • Copy the ftp access data specified in the data logger configuration and store it in Sungrow Logger (ftp server, ftp user name, ftp password)
