This manual describes how to setup an export limitation, or a Zero-Feed-In in the blue'Log XC.
Terminology
Consumption |
Total energy consumption |
Self-Consumption |
Consumption energy which is not delivered by the grid |
Export |
Energy delivered to the grid |
Import |
Energy purchased from the grid |
Production |
The energy produced by a local generator |
Dead time |
Time what it takes to get data from a meter including the time which is needed by the inverters to realize the power control commands |
Essential preconditions
- A compatible meter has to be used (please check at: https://www.meteocontrol.com/bluelog-compatibility-check/)
- The meter has to be installed at the grid connection point and
delivers values for exported/imported power.
- blue'Log driver software has to be compatible with the used inverters (please check at: https://www.meteocontrol.com/bluelog-compatibility-check/)
- blue'Log Software-Version has to be 2.x or higher. If the Version is
below 2.x, please contact technics@meteocontrol.com
Control dynamics
- The dead time of the whole system depends on every single component.
- Please ask the manufacturer to get the dead time of a certain device. (unit certificate)
- The bluelog has a dead time of 500ms, data from the meter will be
polled every 250ms
Settings
- Please make sure that the sign of the imported power (from the grid) is negative. The sign can be changed using the "Reference arrow system" in the meter-setup.
- Please define the device role as "Feed in and import"
- Set the basic operating data
- Choose the used feed-in-meter
- Enable controller using "closed loop"
- Choose the setpoint command method "Pvarfix" and define power setpoint (e.g. 0% for zero feed-in)
- Enable "Dynamic anti-windup" this could be found in "Extended controller parameterization / active power control" -> " System behaviour"
